中國(guó)東方航空股份有限公司（China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited，簡(jiǎn)稱東航）消息人士13日表示，東航正洽商出售幸福航空有限責(zé)任公司（China Joy Air Co., Ltd.，簡(jiǎn)稱幸福航空）約30%股權(quán)予中國(guó)航空工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司（ Aviation Industry Corporation of China，簡(jiǎn)稱中航工業(yè)）。目前東航在幸福航空中的持股比例為40%，中航工業(yè)則持股60%。
　　其中一消息人士說(shuō)，東航想要通過(guò)減持幸福航空股權(quán)來(lái)幫助緩解其財(cái)務(wù)困境，且中航充分理解此意圖。
